The gt500s went for 15K over sticker when new[compared to the KR at more than DOUBLE sticker price] and now are around 3-5K over sticker new. Ford limits production of the KR to 1000, while there were 9000 gt500s made in both 07 and 08. Because of the limited production the dealers want 80K over invoice. If Ford made 8000 KRs theyd get the 13K over the gt500s and theyd sell them ALL , so why limit production so that only the dealers will cash in on the rarity,while ford limits the profit they can make? They said they were upset at delaers gouging on the gt500s, so i guess this is thier solution ???
