Default Re: Dick Harrell 70 LS6 Camaro on ebay

[ QUOTE ]
Too bad that all of the negativity from the Harrell camp has turned most collectors, and even a lot of enthusiasts, off on any car remotely associated with Dick.

and what is so sad is that it is the car(s) that suffer, NOT the people. The cars are the innocent bystanders in all of this and they are the ones that get the brunt of the shunning. Sad that it has come to that. There are people here who feel that some of their collector cars are no longer welcomed here or at some shows due only to the fact of "guilty by association" and that is very sad. What did the car or Dick do? It is the Legend that we should respect and not what has happened since. I know there is much more to the story behind the scenes but it is still a shame.

One of the highlights of my musclecar career was locating, cleaning and bringing that car back into the forefront. Now I feel like if it were parked in my garage, no one would want to see it and that is just sad. A 1 of 1 car that is left out to pasture due to some issues it had NOTHING to do with.
