I am afraid that the current state of the school system and the new cultural values of this country are not turning out quaulity Engineers,Scientists etc. Our education system is broken!!!!!! The focus MUST get back to the basics and get away from the "Its not your fault, No letter Gardes, Self asteem, Even the playing field crap" if we are to compete in those arenas where ever the jobs are.

Competition made us better winners by teaching us the pain of loosing.
