I have one 427 4 bolt block casting number 3963512 dated H-20-9 with front pad consisting of the CE9 stamp with sequence numbers after it representing a GM counter exchange block for a 1969 model car. The block has been magged and honed out and is ready to install the new pistons. I had new freeze plugs and cam bearings installed in the block and it is a fresh 60 over with no sleeves. The block will come with new closed chamber 11 to 1 speed pro pistons and rings mounted on 7/16 dimple rods, steel factory #7115 crankshaft turned 10 on the rods and 20 on the mains, new solid lifter camshaft by competition cams and new double roller timing chain for $4,000. 330-770-2517
