I did not go back - only because there was nothing I was really interested in. I don't think it was a big rip-off though. Most of the cars did not bring much more then scrap money and the people buying the parts were obviously satisfied to pay the amounts they paid.
There were bargains to be had, 498" crate motors between $300 / $1000, $75 for a slightly burnt 409 dual quad aircleaner, etc, etc.
Hell, I would pay $100 for that Hilborn set up just to stick it in my garage!
Had that '61 Bubble top been a 4-speed, I might have been interested in that - I don't think it was a bad deal for what it was, not for what it was supposed to be.
It would be a cool car to take out and whomp on once in a while!
