Darren, we will hire someone to help us through this if they know what to do and can get it done in a reasonable time! In all cases we talk to the retailer first and use their recommended contractors when we can. In this case the retailer has commented that their store openings have been delayed for months by the permitting process, they have sympathy for us but not much else.
