Thanks for the nice comments guys. I cant take any of the credit for this Galaxie's nicely preserved state. The Original Owner was a real stickler and kept the car very nice for the first 21 years. The cars second and third owners are serious collectors who also realized the importance of preservation and both owned the car for a significant time. This car was always loved, well maintained and garaged from day 1. The car is nice, not perfect by any means but a very nice unrestored 45 year old 427-425hp Galaxie. Im told there were (37) 1963 Galaxie 2 Door sedans with the 427-425hp engine. I dont know if this number is correct but Ive heard it several times over the last few years. I dont think there is any real way of knowing exactly how many of these cool old Muscle cars were produced because Ford didnt keep very good records. I do know that there were very few made and I have only seen one other in the last 25+ years. Check the site in a few days and hopefully I will have some nice photos posted.
