Default Re: 69 L78 Pace car survivor

I don’t normally comment on negative posts on this site but when they are factually inaccurate and misleading I feel compelled to. I have no financial interest in this car. I was there when it was pulled out of the barn in late May. The car has been around a wile but a very short wile. I was asked by Roy to shop the car around privately. However, SIR-VIVOR you were never offered the car by me or Roy. You may have been offered the car by some un-known third party. You have never spoken to Roy or me about this car. I also know for a fact that you have NEVER personally inspected this car or arranged to have the car inspected and I don’t believe you have ever even seen this car in person. Maybe a passing glance to Autorama but that would be the extent of your knowledge of this car. So, for you to state the engine is questionable as if you have first hand knowledge of that fact is…well questionable, misleading and inaccurate. I think we both know where you are getting your information and it is third hand at best.

After speaking to the original owner as well as the salesman that sold the car to the original owner I have no doubt that docs verifying this as an original L78 Pace Car exist and will be re-united with the car very soon.

Just wanted to set the record straight with facts not third or fourth handed hearsay.
