I have a 1969 3963512 casting block dated H-20-9 with a front pad stamping consisting of CE9 and a set of numbers after it for a counter exchange application. This block was magged and had new cam bearings and freeze plugs installed and is a freshly honed 60 over. I have the closed chamber speed pro pistons (11.25 to 1) mounted on GM 7/16 dimple rods along with the new rings, new solid lift camshaft and lifters, new double roller timing chain, standard one year only #7115 steel crankshaft, oil pan and 8 inch harmonic balancer.
