Here is what he says in his add with buy it now option

For what I am asking you could not have it restored or at least I wouldn't restore it for less than $60,000 not including the car and all the rare parts

so either he is selling the car and parts for 5k he himself says he wouldnt restore it for 60k

but I think he is trying to rip someone off
