Holley made
billions and billions (as Carl Sagan would say) of "universal" over the counter 3310's with Ford transmission kickdown linkage and Chevy throttle arms. Some have secondary metering blocks, some have secondary metering plates. Only the ones with 5XX dates are really 1965 396 carbs, the rest are Holley built clones.
