You know - it's odd that they chose the L/35 for that article.
I know they were much more prevalent, but the L/34 had a
forged crank, hot hydraulic cam, etc. and was actually
better suited for such a build.

Of course, as a kid, I think I only ever saw one or two L/34's anyway.
