Well, I am no expert on Chebbie stamps, especially in this crowd.
To the best of my knowledge, no this is not a restamp. The gentleman who owned the car when it was restored said the numbers on the are original. I've had an independant 3rd party look at the photos as well. I have no reason to call either of them a liar. I am also willing to point out that I wasn't even alive when this car sold new to the original owner.
