Not to add fuel to the fire but I think there was a time when each one of the above mentioned cars was thought to not exist and was just a figment of someones imagination...until paperwork to back up the claim surfaced. I think that invoice is a giant leap towards showing that one (or two) of these cars was ordered, built and delivered.
