2. Tolerance means that YOU have to tolerate ME but I don't have to tolerate YOU. ME being the politically-acceptible/politically correct abused and downtrodden group or individual and YOU being the ruthless opressor (any straight white male, maybe a straight white female if she is from the political right).

3. Sensitivity Training: Brainwashing class of the type seen in the video which is mainly intended, as Leary points out, to supress and control discrimination lawsuits.

4. Discrimination lawsuit (see also: Sexual Harassment lawsuit): Cannot be filed by white male unless he wants to be laughed off of the premises by his white male peers and female peers of all races, creeds, ethnicity, religious beliefs, etc.

5. In reality, Dennis Leary would be summarily FIRED within 24 hours for his outburst as he left the classroom, NYFD union or no NYFD union. But it is good TV.

By the way, it's on cable so our kids aren't supposed to see it, right? If you're worried about what your kids see on TV then oversee them when the TV is on and the problem will be solved.

Final thought: Stupidity is the price we pay for a civil society.
