He is right, the H/O crew was scouring the car! My friend who is the '69 H/O advisor and another friend who has a OCA Senior Preservation car (both of whom where running their cars) were all over that car. I was in amazement at all of the things that were being documented.
As for an original, unmolested engine in a H/O with 3.90 gears........UNHEARD OF!!!

The repaint is very nice, the upholstery is an immaculate original, I did not look at the exhaust pipes but my guess is they are original. Considering how this is truly a piece of rolling history, it may take a certain level of intestinal fortitude to keep the engine as is. Beautiful car!!!
