property purchase has forced Carl and I to shed some toys, this is one of the best original hurst olds you will see, the born with engine has never bean removed or repainted or detailed, still has all original hoses, power steering belt, alternator, carb, dist, wires, D heads, 2 of the tires are still original and 2 were replaced in 1974, the car had bean in storage since 1976, when we bought the car in 2005 it had 48k miles, the tank was dry, we put gas in it and it runs great, there was no rust on this car but the paint was cracked up and it needed resprayed, we put a very nice paint job on the car and replaced the battery cables and battery,the air cleaner was ugly so i repainted it and put a new seal on it, changed the fluids and replaced the cracked windshield left all else unchanged, i didn't take the car apart to find a build sheet but i am sure its there somewhere, i do have copies of the records from demmer it is car #423, the interior is perfect and all original, the AM radio plays great the factory tach and gauges all work, the 3 spoke wheel and cap are the best you will see, it came from the factory with 3.90s and a lighted mirror, it also had door edge guards but i didn't put them back on the original carpet even looks great, and so do the OE bumpers, I personally looked at the vin on the engine trans and frame, this car drives great even with these old tires, the engine runs as smooth as can be, we took it to the pure stock drags and it will spank my judge with little effort, but we didnt run it with the old rubber, the hurst olds guys were all over the car documenting alot of things that hadn't bean seen by them before, I had tons of compliments from the olds guys and others alike, if you wish to see more of the car give me a call and i can photo what you wish or you can come here to Michigan and take a look, 65000.00 FIRM call me at 616-262-6219 or Carl at 616-835-0236 or PM me if you are interested
