I agree, Joe's book is spectacular. It is a fantastic account from a guy who "walked the walk" back in the day.
If you liked Joe's chapter on his Baldwin Motion Camaro, you'll love my book. It is full of first hand accounts of individual cars from new to present day. Such as Ken Barnhart's ZL-1, Charley's Super Snake, Mike G's Sox&Martin 'Cuda, etc.
My book picks up where Joe's stories leave off. Excerpts won't tell you much, just like buying an album because you like one song-sometimes you like the rest and sometimes they just air the best song! You need to go to B&N in a month or so and just page through it. Pick a couple of stories and read them. Not to mention look at the incredible photographs Newhardt contributed.
There may be 100's of books about muscle cars, but this one is different than any other you have ever read. Let me know what you think when you get your hands on one.
