The guy notes it's a Canadian car so I wonder if he's already obtained the docs from Canadian Vintage Services?. If he hasn't, it'd be worth obtaining the Vin and as quickly as possible call George Zapora w/ a Visa card and relay it to him for a verbal report to see if it really is a Canadian car and if an original L78!.
