I have seen unmolested examples of EARLY assembled 1970 Chevelles,Impalas & Novas with the upper 1969 alternator bracket,both in person and in 37 year old magazine coverage as well.
I can't comment specifically on the 1969 Camaro,but there seems to be typical overlap on early assembled vehicles,even today.
