I've sold subframes anywhere from $100 (usable with a little work on the body mounts) to $350 (really nice, no rust or problems, ready to paint and use), depending on overall condition and the year they came from if someone is looking for something specific.

To ship, they generally need strapped to a skid and sent truck freight.

The trend is true..... when I have a few, they sometimes don't sell quickly. When I have none, I'll get several requests in a short period of time.

If you need a frame, and it's in decent shape, you'll be fine at that price.
