I hate the thought of a project but...its one of my favorite Pontiacs. Charley said their were holes in the fenders for tr-power emblems...problem is there were no tri power emblems in 63...however there were 421 flags ...there is the outside chance that this car is a 421 HO vert
. The pot metal trim on these cars are unobtanium so if they aren't mint...you are pissing in the wind.
