Thanks Jerry. This looks like a very good way to prevent any future disputes and insure that when a customer sends something in there will be no chance for confusion. I know this was hard on you but in the long run I think it was better to get all this crap out in the open instead of festering. I'm to blame for posting it on this site but I think it is all working out and you will end up with more work than before because of all the safegurds you are putting in place. I'm sorry you got put thru this but thanks for fixing the system.
