-----Hey Mark,,,While Freds clutch-fans certainly do come back better than they were when sent out, I havent had the same luck with them. On my big-block roadster the over the counter GM replacement is a consistently better performer (and not that far off of original, looks wise) than Freds re-do of my original. Its to the point that I only use his for a judged show and the OTC for any daily driving.
-----There was a pretty good article about doing it yourself in the Driveline (NCRS) not too long ago.
-----Also remember to never store a clutch-fan sitting down or laying on its face. Always store it in close to the same position it would be on the car as the oil will leak out otherwise.........Bill S
