Speaking of shows, Jason, are you going to Hot Rods at the Beach? I just signed up for the event and bringing the Tirebird.
By the way, my favorite "judged" story was a local event in Northern California. I entered in the Tirebird as "70's modified". The judges eventually found my car in the middle of the afternoon. One asked, "why I enterted the "modified" class. I explained that my 71 T/A has an LS6 big block. The judge replied that because it was a GM engine, I should be in "stock". Using all my energy to hold back a laugh, I asked, "If I had installed a Saturn engine, would that still be stock?" He wasn't amused. I took a 2nd place.
