Yep, they were a cool set of mufflers. Probably the next best thing to open headers (I didn't realize it "back in the day", but it was a good time growing up in small town Ohio).
Here's a grainy pic of my COPO in it's hot rod days. You can just see the PH's underneath. A BB with PH's was a very melodious combo.
