I've been to that send-off (start of the rally) a half dozen times over the years. Always a wide array of pretty cool cars - as evidenced by Bruce's excellent pictures
And yes, there is always a mighty fine assortment of 'headlights' in attendance
....as well as taillights, and side marker lights, and, uh.....well you get the picture
Looks like a much nicer venue for the send-off than they've had in previous years.
