I just got my BMW back from the mechanic and his guys stained my floor mats with oil. A simple piece of plastic or paper would have prevented this. I had him factor out the price of the new mats from the total bill.
Do you have any photo proof? Some detailed photos of before/after? Carelessness in the work place. What a shame.
