PA title search
Wondering if anyone has done a PA title search lately, I have the original PA title from the 3rd owner of my 70 L78 Nova. It is dated 9/73 (to the third owner) In the box next to that date is "date originally titled" which is 7/03/70. My car's build date is 05B May 2nd week 1970 (2 months prior to titling) which leads me to believe this car was in PA from new and titled new 7/3/70. PA DMV sent me the informtion on the thrid owner via abstract (3 years ago) I am wondering if they can find the original "titler" from when the car was new 7/3/70 just 3 years prior to the third owner.?
