Default 67 camaro blue steering wheel question
I have an ad in the wanted section for a blue deluxe steering wheel and I got to thinking...

Is an original blue wheel made with blue plastic or is it painted blue? If so, is the paint/dye still available so I could change the color of a black wheel?
