Richard you confirmed to me that this is the same car in same town in TN, the car I mentioned above.. so doubtful this small town has two LS-6 White with Red Bench automatics in it... that being said.. my friend who has asked me to find a buyer, has no knowledge of you, yet your post seems to elude to many false facts, ( possibly bad info given to you )price being one of them, Malibu status being another, and the seller's thoughts on value when finished.. and you indicate Price is Firm?? ALl FALSE!
who told you of this car? The owner who does not participate here is not happy about this post...It is a REAL LS-6 Chevelle, no build sheet, just a POP and MSO, and great untouched car with great previous owner history on a car that needs little to complete.. it's not priced crazy, nowhere near the price you mentioned.. let alone FIRM! So tell me what is your take in this? Just someone who heard bad info.?
