I would just like to jump in here as the lucky girl who will be getting said ring!! I am the luckiest girl ever because he understands MY addiction to cars- John has had to make room in HIS garage for the parts to my "weird little (non-watercooled Chevy) cars" in rainbow colors, including a panther pink Volkswagen he has been stuck driving [and fixing, tweaking, and hot-rodding] more than a few times, purple (soon to be turbo'd)Corvair and quite possibly the best engagement presents ever, the '68 Dart & 440 engine, which were followed by the Valentine's Day 8 3/4 rear, and maybe a Christmas 4 speed if I'm REALLY lucky & he's got any money left after the ring
