Knowing the EPA, it would end up as a superfund site, with our tax $$$ being used to clean it up.
Even worse, they would scrap everything that wasn't nailed down as being the cause for the pollution.
The owner would be better off to just sell the parts, abandon the land, and let the state worry about it.
