I bought a carb on EBAG a few months ago, I sent a return receipt postal money order for the amount of purchase to the seller in BC Canada. Three weeks went by, so I call the guy and politely inquire as to the status of my carb, he says yeah I just got your payment yesterday and I will ship today. One week later my carb arrives on my doorstep, 2 days later, I finally got my return receipt from the guy, and that was just to Canada.
