A guy from Montreal hit the $60K buy it now this morning and he is coming this afternoon with a deposit...so, I should know the outcome later today. I don't plan on buying anything too expensive until we see what happens with the house offer we are making. It's a new home, so we are waiting on a quote on some of the modifications that we would like to see (read: 3rd car garage
).
