Pictures below of Jack Seymours unmolested, survivor 70 Z-28 with SAME parts you are refering to. Also pic of Dale R's ORIGINAL owner 70 L-34 Camaro showing black M.C.
M.C. lid should also be Yellow Zinc and Hold Down bail was natural steel (but most restorers paint with "natural" stainless steel paint)

L-shaped bracket swedged to brass valve should be Yellow Zinc DiChromate plated, as well as curved shaped bracket supporting Unpainted Cast Iron prop valve.
All the special locking nuts securing M.C. to booster and Booster to Firewall are Clear Zinc (silver) plated.
