Mine is similar. A '74 Pontiac Formula SD-455 was for sale in the mid 80's .... the dude was getting married and needed money... I wanted my first car.... he was asking $1,500..... I worked through the summer and put money away.... Dad said no way did a 16-year old need a 455 Firebird. He made me spend my money on a sensible car... a '77 Chevette.
I still haven't forgotten about it.
