Tony, You could make that block a 301 and use your 283 crank. That was the dawn of the 67 302. That is how they did it. A 4" bore block (327) and a 283 crank. Many rodders bored the 283 block out and made it a 301. How about a 292? That baby would scream. The 2 bolt main bottom end does not really affect anything.
