Default Re: 1970 HemiCuda clone not yet completed

I've had a few inquiries as to whether I would sell the engine and car separately? I'm open to discussion on that...

If the buyer was planning on installing a Hemi then he wouldn't have a use for the 493 (unless he had other Mopars to use it in). So the final deal could be negotiated without the engine.

I'm planning on installing a Hemi in this car so I don't really need the engine either... So it could be purchased outright as well. The auto trans currently bolted to the engine in the photo was a freshly rebuilt 727 that I used when this was in my AAR so it has the same mileage on it as the engine (1000+/-). It's included with the engine if so desired. The TTI E-Body headers and complete dual exhaust system could go with this engine too. Guess I'm kind of flexible on the package variations....

Also was asked about the personalized license plate on the Cuda... I'd prefer to keep it and reassign it to another one of my cars, especially if this car was going to leave the state of California. But then again, it's already assigned to this Cuda and has current registration so I might let it go with the car.....

Time frame has been brought up as well. The money portion of the deal would have to be settled right away but it's safe and sound in my garages here at home and wouldn't have to be removed immediately. Plus, I figure most people would want it to be a roller anyway so some minor installation of the rear diff and front suspension could easily be done here at the least. Once again, most things are flexible.

Thanks again for the emails and kind words..... Charles
