well yes and no. i am repeating what i have heard. if you use small block frame mounts and small block engine mounts you are ok. if you use big block frame mounts and big block engine mounts your ok. but to muddy the waters the big block mounts seem to change somewhat during the 65-70 production years. i have both short and tall frame stands, but not sure what engine mounts are compatable? the safe bet is to use small block frame mount and engine mounts in my opinion, for oil pan/centerlink clearance specs.
