It still amazes me today with our technology and demands that so many of the suppliers make junk. Little details are missed as are huge ones. I say it over and over again, you are paying a tool and die designer to sit there at a drafting table to design the tooling to make the part. It takes no more effort or money to do it EXACT the first time instead of half ass especially when they normally have an NOS part right in front of them to take measurements from. I am always told the same thing, "you are the only one that has complained".

The resto parts business is in the billions, why can't they make them correct?
Looking good Ken, you are almost there. Just last night going through this thread I asked myself why (I) did not buy that 396 4-speed Biscayne I posted instead of letting someone else have it. What a sweet ride that would have been. Plus I could have parked next to you at the shows.
