Not many people will hire a top notch resto shop to perform a $60k resto on a clone car, and most top notch resto shops won't do it anyway. So, most clone cars will go the cheap route, in more ways than one. Most clone cars are not really clones, they are nice cars with stripes - and are 'usually' priced accordingly. BJ is not the barometer to use, unless you intend to build the car to sell at that particular venue.
Dean is correct, a real enthusiast would stand on the hood of the clone car to get a better look at your L34.
