Look up a Darren Maynard or Meynard from Omaha, NE. The word I got is that he is restoring this Cortez Silver ZL-1 for resale.
He built a 69 street cruiser pro touring car and sold it at Barrett in Miami earlier this year, it was red or orange? So maybe you can find him that way.
