Hey Paul...sorry for the late reply. That is amazing. Speaking of bone marrow donors/recipients...at one point when Holly had an extended hospital stay at Childrens Hospital Orange County (CHOC)we were able to meet and talk with Rod Carew (baseball player) because his daughter desperately needed a bone marrow transplant. She got one but ended up passing a while later...
Also, every year at Christmas I take some of the Harley-Davidson teddy bears to Phoenix Children's Hospital...to the pediatric cancer ward for the kids spending Christmas there...I know what it feels like to spend a holiday in the hospital. Seeing their faces when they are given the bears is the best Christmas gift I could ever get!
