Default Re: 1969 Yellow Yenko Chevelle Clone

[ QUOTE ]
Yes, there were/are Yenko Chevelles with bench seats. But, please refrain from calling "your" clone a Yenko, when it's a SS396 Chevelle.

It is what it is and appears to be a nice car for the money, but I wish it was green.

What would be nice is if people would come here and sign up to be involved rather than just to try to sell their stuff.

JMHO.

I would love to be more invilved, however I run four websites for all kinds of cars for sale and do not have time to be invilved in every website devoted to each kind of car.

I agree Supergas. Jasper...neat car...hardly a re-creation but neat none the less for the money. Don't expect to come here...slap a for sale ad with a lofty "best in the country re-creation" spiel and not have people try and help you understand why it isn't. I don't see anything proving it as a real SS396 either..

Yenko's did look just like a Chevelle with stripes when they were new, duh!!! Maybe because that is what they are.

If this was repainted to the original Fathom Green, it would be a dead on copy.
