I'm just saying, you can see cars on slicks at any track in the world...but 10s & 11s on Polyglass is a rare, rare deal...I know, because we ran our Camaro at the very first ever FAST event, and several events since then. But what did this last shootout, on slicks, really prove? That Wayne didn't have near enough converter...that the Hemi was making more power than a couple of wedge engines...that the cars were traction impared on the Polyglass?
As I said above, those cars are the cream of the "cool" crop, but I'm more impressed by the balancing act those guys perform on the Polyglass...slicks just lessens the whole point of those (F.A.S.T.) cars...
