In NJ, if someone kills another in a traffic "accident" and is measured as DUI, the charge is Vehicular Homocide and carries a 10 year sentence.
Unfortunately, the dirt bag who ran my son over and killed him fled the scene and evaded the blood test. But he's still in jail today for other charges.
I don't care how famous this biker dude is/was, he belongs in jail for a long time. It absolutely doesn't matter what his name, reputation or prior achievements may have been. Looks like he was in love with himself more than the humanity around him.....just like the wart on humanity who killed my son. People like him need to be put away, never to mingle with honest innocent people ever again. Every minute he's free is a threat to other people.
22 years old, and a legend in his own mind. Early fame leads to an invincable self esteem and recklessness.
