Hey Frank, Tough decision to sell but a great choice in the 2 purchases! Only you and your wife know what is best for you. I bet the chevelle gets more attention than the Deuce anyway. The house in Suburban Chicago is just neat. Love the alley shots! Looks to me that it is a real nice neighborhood. Houses look well kept. Good luck with both.
