Classic Muscle,

First of all, I did contact you about the Camaro in question
as I wanted to know if it was the original CX
coded transmission. Also, I asked you to send me more
images showing the carburetor, throttle & kickdown
linkage. All of which you kindly did. BTW, I was
considering purchasing this car. Is that not the normal
course of doing business on eBay or elsewhere?

And yes, I was amazed at the price simply because as I
clearly stated in my initial post, this car showed NO
documentation in the auction. That was clearly the only
thing I could see missing and just a little strange for a
car of this caliber, I thought. Don't take it any other
way. If I had something to say, I would have said it.

Lastly, as to you question about me "copying details", I
don't even know how to respond. I own an original L/78
Hugger Orange 69 Camaro and I can assure you I know a
great deal about these cars. My car lost it's original CX
THM400 many years ago and I recently acquired another one.
I have been doing 10 years of research on my car, so I really
don't need to copy yours. But thanks for asking.

I'd suggest you re-read my initial post as it did not
challenge your integrity, just the lack of documentation.
It was a valid question. One, I might add, that gets
raised by many of us here - often.

It appeared to be a very nice car none the less.

Steve
