Just looking to get some input into a good Dual purpose (if there is such a thing) tow vehicle.....I have a 24' enclosed trailer and pull it with 2005 Yukon 1500 4 wheel drive.........The Yukon rides nice, has all the bells and whistles, gets 16 MPG on the highway, etc........pulls the trailer very well .......except for fuel mileage.....8-9 mpg.....
Took a new Duramax Diesel crew cab for a test ride ....it has all the power in the world ......but rides like a "Truck"......Maybe I'm looking for that Happy medium that's just not there..........
